A. You need to fill out a registration form.You can register over the Internet from the CIS Information Service (PC version) or by using the registration form (paper).
* If you register online, you can start using the service immediately after you register.
If you register using the registration form (paper), you can start using the service within two days after the form arrives at our company at the latest.

A. No, there is no contract period for NINJA.
If you cancel the contract, registered buyer information and transaction history, etc. will be deleted.

A. Members: Members can access the member site from the top menu of CIS.
Buyers: Buyers can access the buyer site by opening the URL in the e-mail for ID/password notification.
"Banners linking to the buyer site" are also prepared by NINJA.
By placing a link banner on the home page of a member, buyers can access NINJA directly.

A. No.

A. Buyers can browse starting prices, but NO contract prices or market prices are disclosed to buyers.
* The setting of disclosure/non-disclosure of starting prices can be changed from the member side.

A. Members can send vehicle information (exhibit sheet/vehicle pictures) using the message function.
Also, by registering vehicle conditions to meet a buyer's request beforehand using the vehicle recommendation function, members can automatically send information for vehicles that satisfy the conditions.

A. A buyer's last login date can be checked.

A. Yes.By posting a member's in-stock vehicles using the stock-posting function, the member can recommend posted vehicles in the same way as auction vehicles.

A. The member site is available in Japanese and English, and the buyer site is available in English.
* Please note that user support is not available in English.
